Judgment Day: Lindsay Lohan Back to Court

Los Angeles - Perpetual rehab resident Lindsay Lohan is set to appear before Superior Court Judge Elden S. Fox today, who will decide if Herbie wasn't the only thing that got re-loaded (based upon the star's failed drug test in September).   Judge Fox could send her right back to the pokey for violating her probation, so for our newest readers (and it case you might have missed it), we take a look back at a peek inside Lohan's Lynwood jail cell.  We bet they've kept it exactly how she left it for her.

UPDATE:  Judge ordered her back to Betty Ford - which kind of sounds like jail, although everybody probably looks a lot better.  Assuming there aren't any meth addicts.
