Louboutin Sees Red Over Rival’s Shoe Design

New York – French shoe designer Christian Louboutin is likely feeling bat-merde crazy after having a setback in his lawsuit against rival design house Yves Saint Laurent.   Louboutin is suing Laurent over his belief that they copied his signature red sole of his luxury footwear label, but a federal judge has denied his request for preliminary injunction.

Yves Saint Laurent is also counter-suing the decent designer but awful hat wearer claiming he had no right to "monopolise a colour" when he trademarked it in 2008.

A spokesperson for Laurent’s legal team told us, “He’s creatively blocked one day and paints red nail polish on the bottom of a shoe and suddenly he thinks he owns the color?  Nice try.  I mean, what better color to signify an extremely high-maintenance woman? And I’m sure the bunion building bitches that practice self-love to such a degree that they would pay the retail price of his shoes which would feed an entire village in Somalia for a year don’t have to flash their red soles just to let their guys know they better get themselves an iron clad pre-nup.    Who’s going to be next to make him see red?  Maybe Satan and Scarlett Johansson should lawyer up?  Good thing the band Simply Red already broke up.”

This article made me see red. I hope I don't have to pay anyone for that. Gotta get back to the well.
