Here's a tip I learned from a caterer back in my party planning days. Bake it in a foil-lined pan. You have to do it at about 500 degrees and watch it like a hawk, but it's sooooooo much easier. Usually about 8 minutes, then turn once and about 2-3 more minutes. YUM!
