Singer Sir Elton John has been telling basically any media outlet that will listen to him lately what a big old drunk his pal and touring partner Billy Joel is.
Joel has stated that he bears no ill will toward John because of the remarks. But we wonder - has this the public humiliation tactic helped Billy into sobriety?
