Suri Cruise SLAMS "Bitchshaw" Twins

Nice try, bitches.
New York, NY - Tot fashionista Suri Cruise came out and slammed™ actress Sarah Jessica Parker's invitro-wonder spawn twins for trying to steal her fashion thunder this week.

Speaking to Unsolicited Drivel exclusively, she told us, "This was MY week and my week alone to be tops in tot fashion news. Every week is MY WEEK. The Church of Sendmemoneytology assured me of that.  Didn't you see my Panda hat I had on the other day?  And that was a REAL Panda.  My dad got Jack Black to skin one when his character  was hopped up on smack (allegedly, just in character) while filming Tropic Thunder which they actually filmed in China and my mom's new design firm Holmes and "Yang," not surprisingly, knew just what to do with it!  Forgive me for selecting this photo where my mom Katie's head is cut off, but much like SJP, she only washes her hair when she has any acting work.  Look at those two little snots and the city bitches?  What are their names?  Tabitha and Hagatha? Could be as one has on a pair of tights that makes me want to drop a house on that little witch.  Preferably, a Brooklyn brownstone.  And pea coats?  Really?  I know our dads have a lot in common*, but get yo' little asses up to a lobster dock in Maine where our dads could get married already and stay off of my turf!"

More Small Screen Sex and the City?

New York – Are Carrie Bradshaw and company headed back to the small screen?  Sources say yes!

An insider told Unsolicited Drivel, “Ultimately, it will depend if Darren Star, who created the original Sex and the City series, is on board. Sarah Jessica will produce.  Originally, she wasn’t ready to step back into Carrie’s Manolos, but all of that talk about a young, hot Blake Lively recreating the role in a movie prequel got her thinking about bringing the franchise back to the small screen.  Of course cable TV has gotten a lot edgier since the girls last walked the streets of New York.  They covered Samantha’s menopause in the last movie, but in the TV show they are leaning toward her pursuing becoming a vampire to halt the aging process once and for all and because vampires are so hot now.  Miranda will continue to be the happy, well-adjusted one like she was in the second movie, because they got tired of writing her as being a stark-raving bitch despite her having everything a woman could ever wish for in life.  After years of pining to be a stay-at home mom, Charlotte will have ended up sending her girls to boarding school in Switzerland due to their obsession with sexting and will go back to work by forming an event planning company with Anthony that specializes in gay divorce parties.  We won’t be having Carrie run into Aidan again to threaten her marriage to Big as we decided he died of an infection from a scorpion bite he got when it was hiding in a Persian rug he was trying to import.  Big will have lost nearly everything in the economic crash and will be reduced to appearing on Trump's The Apprentice to get his foot back in the door of the high finance world.   Oh, and speaking of feet -  Carrie, unable to find work as a superficial lifestyle writer, will be forced to go work in a shoe store to support them.”

ARABIAN FRIGHTS

Yes, I took the bullet for you ladies this afternoon by sitting through almost two and a half hours of “Sex and the City 2.”  Who am I kidding? You’re probably going to see it anyway if you are a fan, and I’ll try not to give away any key plot points.  Just do me a favor, and don’t drag your man with you.  Having been married A LOT longer than Carrie, I think I can safely classify myself as more of a marriage expert than she is, and marriage involves compromise - but not this much.

I have never liked these characters.  I have never liked the actresses. (Kristin Davis even went backwards and reverted to her extreme bug-eye acting methodology I had thought she had safely left on Melrose Place.)  But I'm intrigued by phenomenal popularity of these ladies.  If the characters were created on film as opposed to television, I think we would have said goodbye to them long ago.  Anyway, as I was looking at red carpet pictures from the premiere the other night, I was noticing OTHER actresses I thought I’d like better in the roles.  Oooooh!  Becky Newton would be a great Carrie.  Jennifer Love Hewitt could nail Charlotte.  Shut up already!  You’re just torturing yourself!

The 80s sequence that was given so much build-up in publicity stills you could have probably missed by blinking.  The only truly interesting tidbit was that Samantha was supposedly a bartender at CB GB's, and Carrie, dressed as Madonna, met her in that punk rock bar.  Whatevah.

Flash forward to Stanford and Anthony’s gay wet dream of a wedding.  Here I’m going to point out ONE BIG error for these self-proclaimed style masters.  The ushers were wearing Carnation boutonnières!  CARNATIONS!!  No gay wedding planner would allow that.  No gay florist would create that.  I know - I’ve worked with both.  Orchids or Freesia, Michael Patrick King! Carrie was “Best Man” wearing a tux, but somehow decided it would be wise to wear a black headpiece that made her look like the Wicked Queen from Snow White.  Why are these ladies supposed to be fashion icons?  And as is always my pet peeve, why can’t rich bitches keep up their dye jobs?  Liza Minelli was also there, natch, showing off a killer new set of titanium hips.

Back to married Manhattan land, and one big question: in all of the years since Carrie has known Big (dating back to 1999), she didn’t ever notice that outside the business dinners and chauffeured cars, he was pretty much a regular guy?  A guy who likes to (horror of horrors) watch TV?  She should have just married Stanford like she pondered about in the first season if she wanted to be out clubbing every night.  Big even cooks for her.  Real cuisine.  Cut him some slack.  Yet, the bloom is off the rose for her there.   And the bloom is off of Charlotte’s relationship with her baby Rose who cries non-stop, Miranda’s boss is a sexist dick and Samantha can’t get horny without natural supplements to mimic estrogen and she is finally admitting to being older.  She may even want to bang someone with gray hair.  It could happen.

Off to Abu Dhabi for Samantha to pitch her public relations firm to a hotel magnate and she brings along her posse.  More fashion choices I can’t understand.  Carrie wears a hat on the plane (who does that?) that is not only huge, but looks like its made out of gum wrappers woven together like people used to do at summer camp.  Turbans didn’t work on Elizabeth Taylor even before she got fat ladies, so you could have skipped those too.  I'll give Miranda credit for looking like a British archeologist from those mummy movies in one scene.  That was cool. And at one point,  Carrie whipped out a pair of sunglasses that looked like opera glasses on a long handle.  Is that for quick and easy eye coverage for impromptu sandstorms?  The rest of the time in the Middle East can be summed up by – culture clash, jokes about the heat, culture clash, obligatory camel toe reference, fashion critique (with disdain) for local women, Karaoke, more odd fashion this time courtesy of the same folks who designed Sputnik, culture clash, Aidan Schmaidan, culture clash, tomfoolery, and home to New York.

Relieved to be at home, they will supposedly live happily ever after.   Until we see them next time and realize they didn’t.  The strangest part about the movie was that Miranda, typically the downer, was the fun one this time around.  I hope they wait a few years to make the next one so that Seth Green (remember, “Scott Evil?”) can play her son Brady.

Oh, and you’ll never want to eat a yam again after seeing it.  So if you really like sweet potatoes, I repeat, do NOT go.  Also,  Muslims in terrorist training camps will probably use the DVD for target practice when it comes out.  They're probably ordering bootleg copies of them as I write this.

Too Much Carrie’n On?

Sarah Jessica Parker is claiming to be in a “state of turmoil” over the upcoming release of Sex and the City 2 (now in Sensurround with the audience able to feel the hot flashes with air pumped into the theater).  The actress, who plays the clothes-whore Carrie Bradshaw, and also executive produced film, worries about the reception it will receive.

The first movie took in over $400 million at the box office, but she told ET online “I’m excited and very nervous as I have a tendency to overthink things.  Kind of like my character, Carrie.  Except she’s deciding between being able to afford food or a $1500 pair of strappy sandals.  But now that she’s married to Mr. Big, she can not only afford any shoes she wants, but she can also hire people to watch eat that she can live vicariously through.   Anyway, I sure hope it does okay to make room for a third film, as being hounded by paparazzi while walking around in Central Park wearing no make-up while pushing my invitro-wonder spawn in their stroller is getting pretty harsh.”

One industry insider remarked, “of course, there’s the worry that the audience won’t recognize the stars of the film from the overly Photoshopped posters or them thinking Carrie’s gone blind as her eyes are crossed, but I think, in general, she probably has nothing to worry about.   I will say that it’s obscene in this economy what they spent on the clothing those aging skanks wore in the movie, but audiences want escapism and for some reason, TV executives can’t grasp that as they continually depict women as cops, lawyers, or nurses and all with substance abuse problems and/or shitty home lives.  She should be more concerned that audiences will lose interest in the franchise after they bring back the character Aidan, who's likely to be about as interesting as the camel farts in their new picture’s desert locale.”
