Carville’s Head Nearly Explodes on GMA Over Oil Spill

Talking hairless head, James Carville, one of TVs most colorful Democratic strategy commentators, became visibly incensed over Obama’s reaction, or lack thereof, to the Gulf oil spill disaster this morning.

He basically told George Stephanopoulos, “well, I say, I say, I got no idea why President Obama’s bein’ so hands-offey on this thing heah.  He should be seizin’ on this opportunity like a mallard on a June bug!  He could be blamin’ this entire disaster on the Bush administration bein’ beholden to big oil, and hiring people who masturbate on the job, when they’re not on vacation courtesy of huge corporations, but he’s just sittin’ back and watchin’ 11 people be blown offa oil rig.  He should be down here in the Bayou wearin’ some oil covered hip waitahs and pretending to be kissin’ a suffocated crawfish on camera on the evenin’ news!  The stupidity of this is just unbelievable!!!  Put somebodah in chaaaaarge down heah!!!”  (Or, something to that effect.)

Despite having done a heckuva job in handling the disaster that was Katrina, former FEMA chief, Michael Brown, is unlikely to step up to volunteer to be in charge and he has even been quoted about the rig explosion saying, "This is exactly what they want, because now he can pander to the environmentalists and say, 'I'm gonna shut it down because it's too dangerous,'" ... "This president has never supported big oil, he's never supported offshore drilling, and now he has an excuse to shut it back down."
