Tag, You're Tit

"Tag, you're It" is almost the last words in this short video featuring Katy Perry and Elmo, which was deemed "too hot" to show on Sesame Street, the 40-year-old kids show. Though known for its edginess/hipness, apparently the cleavage displayed by Perry or her actually behaving like a human being of her age and hotness was too much for PBS, which yanked the skit after initially commissioning it. Too bad!

We asked producers why the sudden change of heart and they told us, “While it’s true we did notice Katy’s dress she was wearing during the shoot, it also distracted us so much that we didn’t notice what appeared to be a bridal veil on her head.  We don’t want to imply that Elmo would consider mating with Katy.  This is a family show and it just wouldn’t be right, even though Katy’s clearly fine with banging with fur-covered guys as she’s engaged to Russell Brand.”
