Steve Jobs Action Figure Already Sold Out

Sorry folks, you just may have to settle for Zuzu Pets again, because this Christmas you might not be able to make others cower in the presence of your doll’s Jobliness, as M.I.C. Gadget is reporting that their Steve Jobs action figure has already sold out.

It’s disappointing to say the least for those who cannot afford Apple’s trendy luxury items and would have had to get a brush with greatness by purchasing the doll and also hoping that enough megalomania would rub off on them as the doll's owner to someday build a business empire for themselves.

The action doll, a creepy likeness of Apple founder Jobs and retailing for just $79.95, comes complete with a mini (signal-challenged) iPhone, black turtleneck, eye glasses, jeans and sneakers.  It also has recorded vocal sound-bites featuring sketchy memories of creating the first Mac in a garage and it barks orders at employees in an extremely surly manner too when it’s not keeping them totally in the dark.

One toy designer at M.I.C. Gadget told us, “The insane comparisons to Steve don’t just stop at the doll’s looks.”

Apple fans can only hope that M.I.C. is able to get enough dolls back in stock to meet the demand in time for the holiday.  The doll sure would come in handy for this blogger to stick pins into after every trip to the Apple Store where she has to watch hipster store employees standing around picking their nose-rings in front of the “Genius Bar.”
