It is unclear why the actress has been “suspended,” but as it’s just a vapid show about shallow, spoiled Manhattanites who will probably grow up to become victims of entitled bastard date rape if they don’t overdose on X first, we’re guessing it wasn’t because Taylor made any political donations. Who would care, really? So, it simply MUST be that she and the brass just had “creative differences.”
Momsen has become increasingly outspoken off the set, primarily using the F word as often as Miley Cyrus says, “you know,” and according to fashion guru and former guest star, Tim Gunn, she has been showing a “lack of devotion to her craft.”
Unsolicited Drivel spoke with one of the producers on Gossip Girl for comment.
U.D.: “We’re not sure what Tim Gunn means by that comment about Taylor’s lack of devotion to her craft - isn’t she a witch? She’s certainly got the look down. Much better than that O’Donnell twit ever did.”
Producer: “No, you totally misunderstood. Taylor’s a bitch, not a witch. I worked with Shannen Doherty on 90210, so that’s not really the big deal. It’s the eye make-up she insists on putting on with a trowel. Her character little Jenny’s not supposed to look like a zombified version Jon Benet Ramsey and by the time Taylor would finally get her makeup off we were always ready to close down production for the day.”
