Reach Out and Dis Someone: AT&T Doesn’t Need Potty Mouths

AT&T preferred customer
AT&T is fully expecting a huge backlash due to its future metered bandwidth charges and has a somewhat secret plan not to take any guff from angry customers.

According to the Los Angeles Times, users who feel like they’ve just been punched in the gut upon viewing their charges for additional bandwidth can get out of their contract with AT&T without cancellation fees if they just use some “strategic cussing.”

An insider at the customer service department of the telecom giant told us, “It’s not something we broadcast, but it’s all there in the fine print.  If you call up and say something like ‘F you, you F’in, conservative, lying sack of shit, Tea Party PAC donating F’ers,’ the customer service rep has been instructed that they can politely suggest termination of the contract.  The only problem with that policy is that young liberals are probably the only people they could really smoke with the extra bandwidth charges.  So, I’m guessing that it’s very likely that AT&T will end up with nothing but fiscally conservative customers, like the political candidates they donate to, and probably won’t make its sales goals by screwing bandwidth users in the long run.”
