Occupy Wall Street Protesters Marching on Broadway Mistaken for Cast of “Hair”

New York - Occupy Wall Street protesters, jubilant about not being kicked out of Zuccotti Park this morning, were accidentally confused with the cast of the Broadway musical Hair when they marched into Times Square. The impromptu march passed by the half-price TKTS booth and tourists waiting for Broadway show tickets started clapping and requesting songs from the young activists.

Mrs. Eleanor Bonner from Wheeling, West Virginia told Unsolicited Drivel, “We had come up with our church group on the bus and were waiting in line trying to get tickets for Sister Act or Mary Poppins and all of a sudden we see this parade of hippies approaching the square.  I yelled out a request for a chorus of Let the Sun Shine and was promptly told to go commit a sex act with myself and had a Starbucks cup hurled at my head!  That’s when I realized they were those 99% people and NOT the cast of Hair.  Then I promptly thanked Jesus that they were not the cast of Godspell either.”

Just an FYI: I would have ordered the arrest of the cast of Sister Act. For obvious reasons.
