The Earth: What’s Left of It is Still Pretty Amazing

We live on a sphere – a sphere that can be oddly extreme, and at the same time,  extremely odd. That being said, the following are just a small sampling of some of the truly amazing facts about the big blue marble we call home:

Q.: Where is the hottest place on Earth?
A: Color yourself wrong if you chose Death Valley at 134 degrees Fahrenheit. The hottest place on earth is currently believed to actually be a well-worn sofa in a California motorcycle manufacturing shop.

Q: Where is the coldest place on Earth?
A: Well, initially thought to be at Vostok, Anartica, it is now generally believed to be in the bed of a former Swedish model/possibly former resident of south Florida.

Q: Are we really in danger of glaciers melting?
A: Yes, but only due to one smokin’ hot Alaskan hack politician spouting hot air – not because of global warming as originally thought.

Q: When will California break off and fall into the sea already so we don’t have to worry about their economy anymore?
A: Most likely this fall due to the seismic shift caused by the rush of voters to the polling stations trying to legalize pot.
