When the District of Columbia challenged hackers around the world to hack their new online, completely impregnable voting system, the word "invite" was not fully out of their mouth before the system was compromised. Hackers got the system to play the University of Michigan "Fight Song" after each vote. "Unfortunately, the TITANIC* system was breached this morning," said Mary Cheh, chair of the DC Council oversight committee on elections," adding "It did take several nanoseconds after the system was turned on before the first hack appeared, so that's a sign that there is SOME security!" Cheh went on to say "It's only TITANIC's maiden voyage, so you got to expect a few bumps in the, um, road, right, nothing serious though, I'm sure we'll be ok." As she was saying this, the voting machine behind her abruptly belched, rubbed its belly while chewing gum, and voted to keep Michael Bolton alive for one more episode of Dancing with the Stars.
