Former half-term Governor, stand-up comedian, and affront to feminism, Sarah Palin, told Fox News last night that Christine O’Donnell has the right approach with her “I’m Not a Witch, I’m You” comedy skit. Uh, we meant, political television advertising.
Palin told Fox’s favorite haircut, Sean Hannity, "That's very positive. What I think she could add is to explain what the real witchcraft and voodoo politics and economics is and that's what's going on in DC.”
When Hannity asked Palin if she could relate to Christine O’Donnell being lampooned in the liberal media due to her having no real qualifications (other than the ability to clean up nicely for the TV cameras) to hold higher office, she said, “Yes.”
We wondered what Sassy Sarah meant about “real witchcraft and voodoo politics and economics” so we asked one of her reps. He clarified, “Well, she probably swiped the 'voodoo' part from George Bush, Senior. Everything old becomes new again. In fact, it’s almost time for a republican to use Ronald Reagan’s ‘There you go again’ catch phrase in a debate with a nod of fake concern. As far as the witchcraft comment goes, I’m not really sure about it. I’m guessing that Sarah believes that the only way Americans could have elected Obama was because a liberal witch had cast a spell over them.”
