One of These Things is Not Like The Other

Olympic snowboarder Shaun White is insisting that he has been rechristened at the 2010 Olympics with the new nickname "Animal," dispelling once and for all that as "The Flying Tomato," he was ever a fruit.  This makes us kind of sad that he didn't give proper consideration to our suggestion that he change it to "Careening Carrot."  Be that as it may, we have yet to be convinced that the new moniker fits.  Is he trying to indicate that he is a percussionist?  Or, is he trying to indicate  he's willing to hit it with anyone in the Olympic village?  Should Tiger step aside?  Story developing...
