No E*TRADE “Lindsay” Baby Talk This Super Bowl

The fun loving scamps at the on-line brokerage E*TRADE have confirmed that their bantering babies will be extra careful with their choice of words this year during their Super Bowl ad.

Due to conditions of a lawsuit with Troubled-Starlet-Lindsay-Lohan™ last year, the tykes have a gag order on uttering the words: "Lindsay" and "Milkaholic."

Lohan had sued E*TRADE insisting they defamed her (even more than she has herself) as she is famous enough to be recognized by her first name alone. Despite there being multitude of other babies named Lindsay in existence and many more starlets deserving of that type of hard-earned name recognition for actually working, some sort of agreement was made between the parties and the case was settled out of court.

Unsolicited Drivel spoke with a rep from E*TRADE who confirmed that the moratorium on the two words was real.  However, he also alleged that the words, “jewelry thief,” and “entitled, abusive skank” were still on the table, so be sure to watch for their new ad tonight!
