Hold the Pickle, Hold the Prozac?

A mental health group has gone plum crazy over the latest Burger King ad.  The group, advocating the prevention of things that will make crazy people feel even crazier, have come forward to slam the fast food chain.  They claim that Burger King’s “Crazy King” TV commercial is “blatantly offensive” and believe that it implies that having a brain that doesn’t fire on all synapses causes one to set fires, destroy property and endanger the public.

Upon hearing about this accusation, a group representing the rights of suburban teenage vandals nationwide announced plans to open a can of whup-ass on the mental health advocates.

In the commercial, Burger King’s freakishly creepy “King” rubber-faced mascot smashes into an office and causes havoc, only to be taken away after some nerd declares him to be “crazy.”  Initially, it was believed that he had taken mentally ill after eating beef by-product masquerading as meat tainted with mad cow disease, or maybe because he had just received a call from his doctor with his latest cholesterol count.  Later it was revealed that he was presumed insane due to the low, low price he was forced to offer during a recession for the new Steakhouse XT sandwich.

When reached for comment about the controversy, Crazy Eddie, the original maniac merchant of low, low prices, declared everyone involved in the dispute to be bat-shit insane.  Oh, and he’s also suing the King's ad agency full of hacks for stealing his mentally unhinged intellectual property.

I took Prozac for several years to treat my depression and it was awesome. It had few side effects but gave me my life back. I went from not leaving my bed to actually being a productive member of society again. I did lose a good deal of weight while I was on it but that eventually balanced out. I took it until it got to the point where it stopped working for me and I've never found anything that has worked as well. Hopefully I will be able to take it and have it work for me again one day.
