Washington, DC - In yet another stunning show of disrespect for human life unless its an unborn white fetus (doing what they do best), a Republican congressman this week has compared illegal immigrants to insects. Wait a minute…we’re confused! The other day they were mangy hounds that needed a microchip implanted into them so we can track them and now they’re bugs?!?
Rep. Ted Poe (R-Texas) took the floor of the U.S. House of Representatives to let everyone know that Mexicans are actually much bigger than grasshoppers, so what the Sam Hill is wrong with us that we can’t stop ‘em from crossing the border?
Poe said something to this effect:
“It seems to me that we’ve become pretty competent at catching invasive species like Brazilian grasshoppers that come over in the hulls of our ships, so why can we catch them people crossing into our territory? They’re a might larger than grasshoppers and not as fast neither. Maybe we need to take that bug catchin’ guy working our shipyards down to the border to work for Homeland Security. I reckon we wouldn’t care so much if them grasshoppers ate all our crops and ruined our ecosystems long as we could keep them beaners out.”

I'm on my way to help, assuming I don't get tossed in jail first.
