I've Been Getting Ready to Go to New York

That's why posting is so light. I've been getting organized and I even bought video camera. I still need to figure out how to use it. I read via Buzzfeed that the government is now censoring Youtube videos of the Occupy Wall Street protest. Haven't they got more important things to do? I know I would rather be writing about celebutards or Michele Bachmann, but this is an important movement and BEING UNEMPLOYED, I have time to cover these things. I'll also be in Washington for the big protest on 10/6. Wish me luck and I will leave you with this important message:

The censorship issue is yet to be determined. The vids are still up. Apparently it was the ones recorded in the courtroom that were asked to be taken down.

Good luck. Maybe you can instill a CLEAR message to them because right now they are just a bunch of people with a clusterfuck of ideas.

You pegged it. Initially, the only objective was to "occupy." Wall St. itself blocked off with police barriers. LITERALLY - a GATED community. The protestors say they have a "general assembly" that will define their true objectives soon. Courtney, they are in desperate need of a PR mouthpiece & campaign as I am sure you can imagine. No standouts among representatives today. At all. Photos first, travel journal and some video to follow.
